“Cabbage” is a vegetable category name which covers different types of cabbage.  Chinese White Cabbage is one of them.  It is common to find and buy in Hong Kong’s wet market.

Q4. What is the country of origin of organic materials used?

We source organic material globally.  Some of them are from overseas such as organic flour and oat from the Australia and United States.  Some are from China such as organic vegetables and black fungus.

Q5. What ingredients used are organic and any proof?

The main organic ingredients of the product are flour and oat. Other organic ingredients include cabbage and black fungus etc. All of them have organic certification as support.

Q6. Have every material got certification from HKORC? If not, what certification do these materials get?

The “Products” were certified by Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre Certification Limited.  The organic materials are certified by different organic certification organizations from their source country.

Q7. Is the meat organic? Any ingredients are conventional?

Nissin Foods selectively picks high quality ingredients to produce the product. This formulation is combining both organic and conventional ingredients to best serve customers with delicious food.  All in all, this is a good fit combination of ingredients for providing customers both delicious and high quality food.  Ingredients details can be referred to the packaging.

Q8. Is this product the first processed-food using organic ingredients in HK market?

We are the first Hong Kong made water dumpling using organic ingredients but this is not the first processed food using organic ingredients in Hong Kong market.
